ABIRC Chair Blong Xiong worked with EOC, USDA, and Community Water Center to host the first small farmers community meeting to discussed about the new Ground Water Regulation and GSA process.  All small farmers in attendance were concerned with the process and will meet again on March 21 at FCNA to discuss next steps.
