Alternative form of identification documentation that are accepted:
A valid U.S. Passport or passport card
Permanent Residence Card
A valid foreign passport
A valid foreign ID/Driver’s License
Most current and up-to-date lease agreement and/or proof of land ownership (Not Expired)
Documents that help verify gross income (e.g., tax returns, sales receipts, yield records, etc...)
Documents that prove extreme weather expenses (examples are shown below and must be verified with ABIRC staff)
Examples include:
Receipt of purchases of new infrastructure or repairs
Formal documentation from an authorized agency/individual declaring the loss or support of a loss
Letter from the landowner or lease agreement
Seed purchasing receipts showing decreased amounts of seed purchased
Documentation of the placement/movement of livestock/produce that is not covered under a USDA program
USDA or California Governor’s office disaster or heat declaration
Submit file(s) showing verification of losses through delivery via email.
