ABIRC Chair Blong Xiong and Advisory Board Member Pao Yang attended Fresno Metro Black Chamber check presentation event, donated by Wells Fargo. The event also announced the Inaugural Onyx 100 Gala recognizing 100 leading African-Americans in the greater Fresno area. ABIRC congratulates all those that were announced!
