ABIRC Chair Xiong with Members Samantha Yang, and Advisory Board Members Pao Yang and Blong Lee participated at the Grand Opening of Tang Yuan Seafood Restaurant. Council Member Steve Brandau, Supervisor Elect and current Council Member Sal Quintero, State Center Community College District Trustee Miguel Arias, and many local API members came and supported the grand opening as well! The restaurant is located on the North/East Corner of Bullard and Palm.
