On November 6th, 2017, ABIRC and it’s partners held a community meeting at Fresno Center for New Americans. Bob Nelson, the new superintendent of FUSD, presented on the state of Southeast Asian students and families in FUSD. Community leaders from different cultural groups were present and voiced their concerns about their kids. The Superintendent anticipates to work closely with everyone to ensure their concerns are addressed.
